What it means to schedule due dates

So one of the questions I get asked a lot is what does it mean to book your newborn session by your due date. Well babies don't ever really come when we think. In fact only about 5% of babes are born on their due date. Which means you can't really schedule an exact session date and time. Instead I accept about 6 due date clients a month. It means I make sure to have session dates before and after your due date. When babe arrives then we schedule the session. 

So what if I'm not one of those 6? Well then you'll just have to wait till babe arrives and see I have time for your session. A newborn session is more than just the session. The styling process and editing are both significant time commitments.

Why only 6? Well I always want to make sure I have enough time and attention for my clients. This number was decided by how many I can currently fit with my schedule of other sessions time to prepare and time to edit. 

How do I make sure I do get to have my session with you? Inquiry early. Right when you enter your second trimester is a good time to book. Especially if you also want to have your maternity session with me. Which I highly recommend. Plus I give a good discount for booking both.
