- How soon should I book?

My schedule fills up faster than you think. Often I am booked out one to two months in advance. Occasionally I will have openings that I can fit some sessions in.
- When should I book my maternity session?

I tell all my mamas between 32-37 weeks. You want to be fully bumped but still comfortable and not too close to delivery. So early in your second trimester reach out to schedule your session and start the styling process.
- When should I book my newborn session?

In the second trimester. I talk only a handful of due dates a month. This means because babies come when they please I essentially hold space for your session. Once your booked we start the styling process. The goal is to complete this before your little one arrives. When they due then we will pick a session date. If you wait until babe is here to book I likely will not have space for you. So do this in advance.
- When should I book my birthday session?

Early! When babe turns 8ish months you should be reaching out to get on my calendar in their late 11 month. Why before they are one? Likely you will want images back for their birthday party or otherwise. There needs to be time so I can get those back to you.
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, check, card, Venmo, and Paypal. All sessions have a required percent down to book and hold your session. This portion is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at time of session. We do offer payment plans as well.
- How long is the turn around time for images?

14 business days. Requested sneak peaks will be posted to the Facebook and Instagram business pages 1-2 business days after your session. Final images are delivered via an online personal gallery by 14 business days. Rush options are available at an additional fee.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

All sessions require a percent down and a signed contract to be booked. This initial precent down is non-refundable. In the event that O. Photographic Art is unable to complete your session you would receive a full refund. If you however cancel at any point past the booking process no refund will be given. Due to the nature of digital photography once client is in possession of the images there is a strict no refunds policy. If you have any issue with your images you have 3 days upon receipt of your gallery to ask for changes.
